Visitors from the North Pole!

Well, almost the North Pole. Melissa and Pat came down from Alaska and spent two weeks between New Mexico, Western Kansas and Wichita. It was fun to have them here. Melissa and I discovered the BEST hot chocolate at Olive Garden. We highly recommend it!

Sydney and Aunt Melli went out for some girl-time and got their hair done.

"Pat, you're funny!" Raegan said every time she saw Uncle Pat.
The kids loved having him here to entertain them.

It just keeps getting sweeter.

The sun tried to knock the snowman over, but he just held on!

Christmas!

The kids were so excited for Christmas. They left cookies for Santa (who had written them a letter from the North Pole). Their favorite tradition was opening the boxes, "What God Wants for Christmas." It was a sweet way to remember that God wants each of us for Christmas.

Christmas Snow!

The week before Christmas, we had a great snow.
This winter wonderland definitely helped usher in the season!

Raegan liked to eat it more than be cold outside.
